Main house, Level 1, new: large living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher, washer/dryer, polished concrete counter tops and floor, 2 bedrooms areas, one bathroom and covered patio.  This newly constructed level boasts a mix of industrial finishes with a lot of tropical hardwood and concrete.  Finished off with brand new furnishings.

Main house, Level 2: living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, solid wood flooring, 1 open bedroom, one bathroom and both a covered patio, and rear deck to catch the jungle sunsets.  Nice finishes with a lot of tropical hardwood and newer furnishings. The staircase can be locked off between the two floors.

Main house, Level 3:  consists of a huge, new palapa roof with a polished concrete floor and seperate outside staircase.  This space is large, with a solid wood bar across the front that overlooks the beach.  Although it’s open some at two ends, it could be screened in completely, or fully enclosed with another complete living area created, or it can be a huge gathering space.  

Entrance is gained through a new front gate with a large electric opener, and the property uses Starlink internet. A block wall and a fence down both sides and across the front provide security and peace of mind. Swim in the the sea, enjoy the pool located off of the furnished patio, or go fishing on the nearby freshwater lagoon further back. In addition, there’s another large dining table between the beach and the patio, and there’s a new an outdoor toilet stall, separate shower and sink with a counter so sand won’t get tracked into this lovely home. The beach also has a palapa and beach chairs, providing even more areas to relax or eat. Turn key, as furnishings are included!
